Limited Porn MembershipsThere are a couple ways that some porn sites have to limit their memberships. The most common is a limited trial. Most - although not all - trials are meant to give a sample of the site, not the full deal. So sites with limited trials give you partial access to their sites. They may only give trial members access to the latest video or only the first clip from several videos. Other sites offer members only the smaller sizes of video or else no access to the bonus sites.Usually if you carefully read the terms and conditions on the site tours, they will tell you when a trial is limited - but not always. Since I'd say 90% of trials are limited, we always recommend them only for people who want to get an idea of what the site is about but not for those who simply want to enjoy the porn. Another all-too-common way of limiting memberships is to give full members a download limit. Some sites have a 500 Mb a day limit, and others a gig. To put this in perspective, very high quality videos can easily be over 250 Mb each, so it's a good idea to check with a review site or read those terms and conditions if you don't want to limit the total amount you can download per day. Next is a more reasonable membership restriction. Some sites only allow members to download a certain amount of videos simultaneously. I've seen sites that restrict members to 6 simultaneous downloads, 4 or even 2. The reason for this is that some people use programs to suck out all the content in a site at once, and this can cause slowage for the other members. And the last kind of membership limitation is restricting the download speed. Some sites limit download speeds so that members can neither download all the content at once nor can they slow down the site for other members. The catch here is that slower downloads are a big drag. Sometimes these sites neither mention their restrictions in their terms not anywhere else, so sometimes it's hard to tell if there's a problem with your internet connection or if the site is causing the slow downloads. Here are a couple things to keep in mind. The chances aren't very good that a site with a $1 trial is going to give you full access to their content. And if you don't want to deal with limitations, you can do a search on most sites' terms and conditions. Search for "download" and "limit" for a start.
